I’d love for Frontier Developments to implement a hassle-free system that lets players tour zoos up-close. Your best bet is to take a look at the Steam Workshop where users can upload their custom-made items, many of which are as detailed as the official assets. It's a very friendly and fast way to build like that. If you press the Alt key in combination with 1 - 9 number key the grid size changes.
